You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

    • They must be UN-OPENED (any bath or body products opened cannot be returned)

    • The Maximum Weight for any parcel is 10kg

    • Parcel cannot be greater than 60 x x 50 x 50cm

Candles and fragrance throw can always vary, we endeavour to produce and sell quality candles.  Sometimes oils may not blend with the candle wax completely , this is a normal occurrence in candle making.  Scented candles manufactured by other retailers use high grade artificial chemicals to produce their candles.  Soy organic oils with Essential oils perform with a subtle natural fragrance. 

You must call us or email us at care@pharaoh-london.com before sending any items back to us. Please take photos of any damaged items or parcels.  You can also send images to us via WhatsApp, this will enable us to resolve your query faster. 

We are always focusing on keeping our customers happy,  We advise that you refrain from accepting the delivery if your parcel is damaged. You may reject your delivery and ask the Driver to return to sender.

We do not offer any refund or exchange on complimentary | promotional items | sale items, this includes all Pharaoh branded products. No refund exchange:  from trade show giveaways including fairs, markets and festivals.

All items sold on our store, are shipped from the United Kingdom , shipping charges vary for each country.

Cancelling your order

you can cancel your order within 15 Minutes by emailing us your details and order number at care@pharaoh-london.com after 30 Minutes we charge an administration fee of £5 to cancel your order.  Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. We have the right to cancel your order or part of your order if we cannot fulfil your order.  We have the right to cancel order which may be flagged by our security payment systems.

We may on occasions due to demand, supply you with an alternative or better product if your product is out of stock.  If the product is priced lower we will refund the difference, but we will never charge you more for what you paid.  On some occasions at our own discretion we will refund you delivery for the inconvenience caused.

We process refunds to the same card that the purchase was made from.

Clearpay customers make their first payment at the time of purchase, the remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks automatically from your selected payment method.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

  1. What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?

As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay.

Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee for a missed payment that is not resolved.

This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days.

Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

Dispute Resolution

  1. General. Any arbitration between you and Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (collectively, "AAA Rules") of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), as modified by these Messaging Terms, and will be administered by the AAA. If you or Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd intends to seek arbitration, then the party seeking arbitration must first send a written notice of the dispute to the other party by U.S. Mail ("Notice"). Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd address for Notice is:Gurdeep Singh, Attn: Chief Executive Officer. The Notice must: (i) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (ii) set forth the specific relief sought ("Demand"). You and Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd will make good faith efforts to resolve the claim directly, but if you and Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd do not reach an agreement to do so within 30 days after the Notice is received, you or Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltdmay commence an arbitration proceeding. During the arbitration, the amount of any settlement offer made by you or Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd must not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator makes a final decision and award, if any. (e) Fees. If you commence arbitration in accordance with these Messaging Terms, Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd will reimburse you for your payment of the filing fee, unless your claim is for more than $15,000 or as set forth below, in which case the payment of any fees will be decided by the AAA Rules. If the claim is for $15,000 or less, you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted: (i) solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator; (ii) through a non-appearance based telephone hearing; or (iii) by an in-person hearing as established by the AAA Rules. If the arbitrator finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought in the Demand is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), then the payment of all fees will be governed by the AAA Rules. In that case, you agree to reimburse Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd for all monies previously disbursed by it that are otherwise your obligation to pay under the AAA Rules. Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator must issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the decision and award, if any, are based. You and Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd agree that such written decision, and information exchanged during arbitration, will be kept confidential except to the extent necessary to enforce or permit limited judicial review of the award. The arbitrator may make rulings and resolve disputes as to the payment and reimbursement of fees or expenses at any time during the proceeding and upon request from you or Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd made within 14 days of the arbitrator's ruling on the merits.
  5. No Class Actions. YOU AND Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
  6. Modifications to this Arbitration Provision. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Messaging Terms, if Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd makes any future change to this arbitration provision, other than a change to Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd address for Notice, you may reject the change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the change to Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd address for Notice, in which case this arbitration provision, as in effect immediately prior to the changes you rejected, will continue to govern any disputes between you and Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK Ltd.
  7. Enforceability. If an arbitrator decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of the limitations of subsection (f) above (addressing class, representative and consolidated proceedings) as to a particular claim for relief, then that claim (and only that claim) must be severed from the arbitration and brought in court. If any other provision of these Messaging Terms is found to be unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be deemed stricken and the remainder of these Messaging Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Where can I use Clearpay?

  1. Can I use Clearpay if I’m an international customer?

Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address.

Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account. 

  1. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?

Clearpay customers make their first payment at the time of purchase, the remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks automatically from your selected payment method.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

  1. What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?

As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay.

Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee for a missed payment that is not resolved.

This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days.

Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

  1. When will my items be delivered if I use Clearpay?

Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any order from Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK ltd.

  1. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Clearpay transaction?

Yes, your bag value must be less than £1000 to use Clearpay.

  1. Can I use another form of payment with Clearpay?

Yes, you may also use a gift card or promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.

Clearpay is not available on purchases of gift cards.

If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.

How does Pay in 30 days work?

With Pay in 30 days, you can pay for your order 30 days after shipping. If your Pay later request is accepted, Klarna will send you an email with payment instructions once your order is shipped. Just follow the link in the email to view your order or check your purchase in the Klarna app.

Does Pay in 30 days impact my credit score?

Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor our merchants run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

What is Financing and how does it work?

Financing gives you the option to start paying for your goods after you have received them.

The first time you choose to buy with Financing, you will be asked to apply for a Klarna Account at the checkout phase. We will then carry out an affordability assessment. If you are approved we will then create your account.
